Monkey's Fist Knot 4" Door Stop in Blue
This is a weighted monkey's fist doorknob stop knot in blue. It is approximately 4" in diameter and stands around 8" to the top of the loop.
The monkey's fist is named because it looks like a small clenched fist and is most often used by sailors for throwing a line to another boat or dock. It usually had a weight inside the knot for more heft.
These are functional as door stops or just look great in a nautical theme. For ease of decorating and display we used a lighter foam core instead of a weighted core.
